I took my 2008 new Dodge charger to All Tune and my car was squeeking and i didn't know why. I asked them check and see why it was doing that and the person Lisa told me that i needed new breaks and they need to rotate the roaders. I asked them will that stop the problem she said yes i got the front done for $181.00 and she advised to come back and do the back that this is why it was still squeeking. i got the back done and that was another $181.00 and it was still squeeking she told me that i needed to take it to the Dodge dealer and have them look at it due to the squeeking came from the emerency break had a chip missing in it and this was the cause, i took the care down there and the dodge tech said the breaks was not the problem it was a recall on the shaft and this is why it was squeeking not the breaks or the emergency break chip. I advised she told me i had 60% break left keep in mind this is a new car . Dodge ordered the part and will fix it. I called All Tune and she told me that it was my choice to get the breaks done i didn't have to after she told me this will stop the problem and she recommend this to be done. I was upset due to paying the money for no reason and she told me she will not even give me half the money back. So now i am out the money, please help i would like my money back for the lying to get me to pay for service I did not need.
