I applied for a job on craigslist for a customer service position and was contacted by a person name Sara and said that they received my resume and had a postion opened that I would qualify for, that I should look up their website see if I was interested and she would contact me again. The job looked legit. I didn't have to send money the better business bureau in Calif didn't have any complaints posted so I accepted. She sent me a check by fed-ex I was told to cash it at Wells Fargo Bank and western Union the money over sea to a person in Poland. Everything seemed ok I emailed her back with the info confirming what I did she said I would receive anither check the next day processing the check basiclly the same way. I waited for about 45 mins while she said she was trying to get in touch with the account holder. The next thing I knew I was being arrested and ended up with 6 felonies 5 yrs probation, served 22 fays in jail. I am in the process of appealing the case and would like to find out if anyone else has been used as a another innocent victim by this company or by someone using the companies name and frauding the banks, the account holder and victims as mysef' Please respond to my request as I need to clear my name and help others to be aware of jobs that may look good, don't require a fee, but become the victim with a criminal record. My wage was 71/2 % of a 4700 check and deducted the Western Union Money. So I ended up with 300. 6 felonies, 5 yrs probation for a job that was listed on Craigslist.

We have to tell you about allactiontrade.com, this company people are total fraud. They started company in Gurgoan and hired people to run that . We put our best efforts and brought good business but these people didn't even bothered to pay our salaries and perks.

When commited staff that they will clear our payments , but till date they don't and even fired without notifictaion . Also they cheat people by hiring them in india for business .This company outsiurce work to indian companies and after getting work done they do not pay.
