My dentures were made improprerly, Have to be redone or replaced. Also the temporary top denture is hard as a rock. The bottom denture broke. These are partial dentures. As a result, my teeth do not come together and my ability to chew and bite is not aligned properly. My teeth shift about and rock back and forth. I am very, very dissatisfied with the awful results.

Oh where can I ever begin first of all let me just state this allcare is the worst dental office I ever been to. But let's start from the beginning I first went to allcare about a year ago and I was told that I need 11, 000 dollars worth of dental work done well thank God I didnt finance this mistake turns out that I go to another dentist about a year later and I get a quote of around 2, 000 dollars wow now that's a significant amount of savings, this does not include the number of times I would travel 45 minutes to their location just to get one filling done and also not to mention the countless times I waited in the lobby for over an hour before I got called back so then there the issue of these nonprofessional people not being punctual with their appointments and the rude secratery's that will try to bill you twice, after so long I decided to terminate this so called dental office from the work to be done I have been waiting on a refund of over 1000 dollars for over a month and I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit against allcare. My friends find some other dentist to go to its always cheaper some where else and you don't get treated like a piece of crap. Note this that all care is a production based business they don't care about you just your money.

Caught them billing for work they did not do (two fillings). Brock (Chief Salesman) has promised a refund for the work they charged for but did not do every week since October 2009. Obviously they have not done so. Been to the Attorney General's Consumer Advocate, the Board of Dental Examiners and now to Court. Avoid these people!!!

Do not trust these people. I was told I could make payments on dentures and then told several weeks later after making a down payment that they had changed their policies and I must pay in cash up front. I was then told that I would have to make my appointments one at a time, no preschedueling, and wait six weeks between appointments. No thanks. Now they won't give me a refund. I will be taking them to court. Save yourself the grief and go to a reputable dentist. It may cost a little more but any money given to these people is a waste.
