Last year I went to Dr. Webber in Bradley, Illinois for a bridge to be placed on the bottom right hand side of my mouth. Dr. Webber had to file down 2 teeth in order to fit the bridge. He first numbed my mouth and filed down the 2 teeth and placed the temporary bridge. When the novicane wore off I was in so much pain because he exposed the nerve on my molar in the back of my mouth. I then needed a rootcanel on a tooth that never needed one in the first place. I was not very happy about this seeing how the tooth was fine to begin with. All I wanted was a bridge. Because I was not happy with this I then went to another dentist he took an xray of the rootcanel and it shows that the posts in the tooth do not go all the way down to the bottom of the roots. My insuance has already paid you for this and now I need to have the tooth opened up again to fix his mistakes. My insurance will not pay for the work that needs to be done. My new dentist suggested to me to go back to Dr. Webber to have this fixed because it was already paid for by the insurance plus the checks I sent you for $100.00 several times that you cashed. When I went back to the office where Allcare was I was told the office was closed. That Allcare went under. So now do I not only have to pay out of my own pocket for the work needed to be done to correct what he did but you want me to pay you 730.00? How about you refund me the money that you collected from my insurace which I pay for so I can have this tooth fixed correctly. I was forced to open a credit card for the dental services I was to have preformed. The company then closed it's doors nationwide, leaving me with this balance of $714.00.

I went into Allcare opening day and they did my Comprehensive evaluation and set up my "Dental Plan" $7000 worth of work. We got a Care Credit card and my parents paid it off for me really quickly. They didnt have an oral surgeon for the teeth i needed pulled so they out sourced me and i had to pay that doctor seperatly. I needed a root canal and i got out sourced to another dentist and had to pay him seperatly. All the while I was still being charged by AllCare for these services. I went into the offices a few times adn they "forgot" to tell me they needed to reschedual cuz the dentist was on vacation AGAIN. So i still have a root canal partally capped with a tempprary cap yet no crown yet and they have givin me about 8 filings. Oh and did I mention for the tooth i got extracted they charged me for a partial for one tooth I never recieved. Does that sound like $7000 worth of work that THEY did.. NO. So I am at the same loss Im not sure where to turn to get my money back.. any suggestions other than getting a lawyer?

Allcare closed abruptly without contacting their patients. Their websire states that my records will be transfered to a different dentist, but nowhere does is state the new dentist WILL NOT charge me for new dentures (which I already paid for in advance).

My advice is for all patients to file a dental claim form which can be downloaded from the internet. I mailed mine last week.

They did a good job making my new upper plate. They said to come back in 6 months to be fitted for my lower partial. When I arrived on January 4th to set up an appointment they were out of business.

If you live in Lafayette Indiana DO NOT go to All Care Dental. My first appointment I showed up on time and they said they would have to reschedule because they were 2 hours behind. So I rescheduled. I went for a year and my teeth are is worse shape then they ever have been. The final straw was I had the flu and I called to reschedule and was told I would be charged 75.00 because I did not call 24 hours in advance. They did not call me to reschedule the time that they were 2 hours behind! i went to another dentist and found out how they have messed my teeth up. Why does insurance keep sending people there?
