HORRIBLE SERVICE FORT WAYNE AND CORP.
I made an appointment 10 days in advance, and pre-paid for the services that were to be performed.
On the day of the appointment, I waited 2 hours after my appointed time, to be told to "Just expect that when I come in, because they are double booked."
I then had to make an appointment with a different dentist to have the much needed repair work done in a timely manor.
Now I still cannot get my money back!
Im telling everyone to AVOID ALLCARE!
They will RIP YOU OFF AND TELL YOU IT'S YOUR FAULT!
In addition I may have never used Allcare if I had previously gone to the B.B.B.'s website.
They show an "F" rating with a multitude of complaints.

RipOff & Defective Work
I think I have you all pretty much “beat.” Having a huge fear of dentists due to some painful previous issues (not dentist related) it took me a few years until I was finally able to convince myself that I needed to be seen. I made an appointment with Allcare because of the hours and my work schedule. To make a long story short, it was all a fairy tale at the beginning. I needed work, they had a plan, financing ect. At the initial appointment after being seen by the dentist for all of 5 minutes, I was ushered into a room with a so called "office manager." They convinced me of the work I needed done and applied for instant financing even though I had insurance. By the end of the 10 minutes in the "private office" with the manager, I now had a credit card account with "Care Credit" which was immediately charged for the maximum amount of $1500. Very odd I though. Nothing had been done to me and I was in debt for this amount of money and my insurance was never touched. I should have seen what was coming at that moment. Needless to say, I was set up with an appointment once a week for the following month. I "needed" two root canals with two crowns on my two front teeth. Another Six fillings and two extractions. They I was to be fitted for a partial. I wondered when they would actually perform the cleaning... That was never done.
Here comes the fun part. A couple of my appointments I ended up needing to leave work for. Got to the dentists office, waited over an hour once and almost two another time to be told there was an error and I needed to be rescheduled. Ok, well it gets better. I had all six fillings done on a Saturday morning. Within six months, five of the six fillings were out. Not good enough of a complaint yet???? Ok, get this... I had two root canals with crowns at the cost of over two thousand dollars again on my front teeth. They temp. crowns were put on in October with the understanding I was to return after Christmas to have the permanent crowns put on. I did. Three weeks later, the first permanent crown came off. After three other, "complimentary" appointments to fix what they messed up, lucky me they were not going to charge me for them…(but they charged my insurance) It was time for my vacation to Florida. The day after I got there, the crown came off again with no way for me to fix it. I walked around my entire vacation hiding from pictures unless my mouth was closed. I am only 34 so imagine my humiliation. I got home and explained the problem to a new receptionist who informed me I was going to have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. I went ballistic...I walked into the office with my tooth in my hand and demanded to have it put back on. Oh they did all right... The dentist pushed it on SO HARD that she broke the remaining tooth structure that was to hold it on. Not that she left very much in the first place. I do want to point out that when I started with them I was with one dentist, then another, and then another and now there is someone new there and no one other than the assistant knows any of the pain I have gone through not just physically but mentally as well. I cried my eyes out. I worked in a business office with over 250 people and I was going to be showing up with no front tooth because the total and gross lack of competence of AllCare Dental in Nashua NH... The option they presented to me to fix this problem was to pull out the tooth and include it into the partial. I was not happy but was told there was nothing else they could offer me. So I allowed it. In the end, I have a temporary partial on the top. They fraudulently billed my insurance and the second crown in now held on my nail glue it also came off, instead of 3 weeks later, this one almost three months later. During this, I ended up with a high risk pregnancy so the last time I saw them was in July of 2009 for yet another repair to the temporary partial. I was told to return after I had the baby and that they would give me the permanent partial at an even exchange for all the trouble I have gone through. Again, I do also want to mention that during this short time period, the staff and dentists continually evolved. I was able however to get a copy of my records to that point as the assistant in the office gave me a copy because of the trouble I was having.
I think I have almost anyone beat with horrible experiences. I had my baby and went back to Allcare Dental for the permanent partial as promised. There is no one left but one person who is familiar with my problems with them however for some reason, this woman was “afraid” to speak up???? I showed up for my appointment last Friday at 1:45, and was immediately told by “Lisa” what a pleasant lady she was, that I had no insurance and unless I was paying cash for my services, they would not see. Not a big deal, I figured the office manager Steve would still be there to clear things up. Well I was now confronted by Lisa and another new dentist who informed me that things were now “done differently” at Allcare and they could not help me. I then waited almost an hour for “Lisa” to make a phone call before pulling me into the back office to discuss my so called treatment plan. I informed her that I was not following a treatment plan, that I just wanted the top partial and I would seek services elsewhere. I did not want to loose on what they messed up. She told me my balance was going to be over $3000.00. WHAT!!! The first 3K worth of services all fell apart within weeks of my visits. No more were they going to make right on anything. I said to her, why didn’t you call me to tell me this, I drove 40 miles to hear this, she literally raised her voice and steamed, “I DID.” (When I got home and checked, she did call, at 1:30... 15, min before my appt. Ok. Thanks since I live so far away. I was so upset I didn’t know if I wanted to scream or cry. I wanted to know who I could talk to over her head and she informed me she was now the manager. I then said I would be filing a complaint and going to court since they put me through all this and wrecked my teeth. She smiled and said go ahead. I was so angry, I just could not believe this was happening. Bottom line, at that point I demanded a copy of the records with this most recent appointment listed on it. All of a sudden she had no release forms for me to sign so that I could get new copies. I ended up storming out of there only to find out that they had been billing my insurance incorrectly prior to it being cancelled along with billing my insurance for things on inaccurate dates, things that they were not going to charge for as they were to correct AllCares mistakes…ect. The next day I got a call from AllCare Dental now accusing me of “stealing my records” from their office. I don’t know how they think I could have pulled that one off. I said to her well for almost an hour you dragged my records all over this office while being as rude to me as possible, I would think that YOU probably mislaid them. I hung up. Now today, 6 days later I get another call from AllCare Dental trying to confirm an appointment for me for tomorrow the 5th. Yeah, OK…I plan on filing a complaint with every possible avenue along with taking them to small claims court. It is not fair that I should have to suffer their incompetence. My teeth are horrible and even the “ask us and website avenues for filing anything, go completely unanswered. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT allow them to do this to you. Visit the BBB site. They have tons of complaints as well as have lost their accreditation. They are a fast food joint for teeth and run a very dishonest business. And do not expect to be treated with ANY amount of respect when they mess up and don’t want to face it. (By the way, I did get two other consults with other dentists, one of which is in process of writing his professional opinion for me to bring to court. Along with my records, it should help. Regards~

Frustration
To start off the first time I went in I was inpressed with the operations.
Then they got my money, then my time and last my frustration.
I went in for new upper dentures, remember I was impressed, they started out with getting my x-rays, the next visit went well, as they were doing the mold for the upper I tried to explain that I have a crooked jaw and the last time I got new uppers they didn't fit and took them back because I kept biting the inside of my jaw, the dentist said she understood, well she didn't because they were so tight and large I could not hardly talk I tried to explain so out comes the drill, their wonder tool. I went back several times with no satisfaction and now they fall when I eat& talk I called their company and told them I was done and I wanted my money back they talked me into coming in again so like a idiot I went after waiting a hour I went to the desk and told them I was done and left my teeth on the tray, tell me how many visit and hours does it take to get what you pay for I paid 1800.00 for uppers and a bottom partials I didn't go in for and that was my part.

Ignoring THEIR error!
I went to AllCare Dental to get extractions done, I was told that I can get their "CareCredit" which was told to me an interest free charge of 12 mths. I thought, gee, great I got til Aug. 2010 to pay this off, I'll take it! I got my 1st statement and to my shock I saw that the interest free promo was up in just 3 mths (12/24/09)! So I called the office (10/2/09) to let them know and was told by Dan that it's was THEIR error and that he would take care of it. I got my next mth's statement in and sure enough, it still said promo ends in Dec.! I called back again to speak with Dan, no call back, called 3 more times & still no return call. Finally, I went down there and waited for him with my statement in my hand! He then told me..."Well, it's too late now because we severed all ties with CareCredit and besides, it's over 90 days now and we wouldn't be able to do anything about it anyway!" Then he starts looking at my credit application and says "Well looks like you make pretty decent money, can't you just pay the thing off!" When I said that's besides the point, I was told 12 mths interest free! Then he starts asking personal questions like "Well can't you borrow the money from a family member? "Don't you have a bf to get the money from?" When I said "no" he then hands me an AllCare customer relations card with a number to call. Guess what people?? Correct! The number doesn't work!!! You just get a funny beeping sound! Looks like I am going down there again today to confront Dan today (12/10/09)...wish me luck!!!

getting the run around
I have been going to this facility for over a year now and still have not received my lower dentures. They extracted the only 5 teeth I had and left me with none because not one lab technician can get them right, resulting in weight loss, embarrasment, frustration, and a $3800.00 bill for dentures I don't have. I have never met sooooooo many dentist in my life. Every appointment I have had has been with a different dentist. Have had no luck getting through to the patient service department to get some results. They do not return calls and/or messages! Looks like court time!!!

Billed for Products and Services not received
My husband went into Allcare to replace the fake tooth that had started to fall out of his mouth. This was a replacement tooth that he had since he was a teenager (20+ years ago), broken as a result of an accident. When he entered the office, the tooth was in his hand. He explained that he wanted a replacement, implant or similar treatment. Allcare recommended an upper and lower partial, several fillings and an advanced cleaning (so that the partial would match). This course of treatment took several months to complete, given 4-5 last-minute cancellations, a temporary partial (which kept us on the hook for return visits) and additional work found in the visits. 8 months later, he still had the temporary partial which was never comfortable. No matter how many times they trimmed and cut on it to "adjust the fit." Finally, we had it! We told them that we wanted an implant and they referred us to another dentist. 3 months later, I reviewed the bill and was surprized to see that we had been billed for a Final partial, instead of the temporary device, 3 extractions (2 of the teeth are still in his mouth and the 3rd was never in his month). When I spoke with the office manager, he told me that the temporary device costs the same as the final device and he did admit that they billed for 2 teeth that were not removed and he would correct that. He also stated that they removed the initial fake tooth, and I told him that they did absolutely no work on that front tooth. It was in my husband's hand when he initially entered their office. It was not bleeding, hurting or anything -- that tooth and the root canal had been done 20 years ago. How could they bill for that removal, he had no answer but would not remove the charges.
I have been tied up in getting this resolved because we are now forced to pay for replacement of the initial tooth (problem) out of pocket because the dental claims are in dispute and my coverage will not pay for additional work on this tooth.
Ughhhh. STAY AWAY FROM ALLCARE. I'm also going to speak to my insurance provider about removing them from their network of providers. I trusted that list to be a reputable list of providers, but this place is far from that. Based on the number of similar complaints that I've seen against Allcare, this is outright FRAUD!!!

customer service
Very impersonal, dont care about your pain or feelings, just how much money they can extract from you and your insurance. The whole buisness manager thing is a farce. After my extractions i was shoved out of my chair into a waiting area with other people, dizzy, mouth had blood all over it with temporary dentures shoved in my face with no regards to the pain, gauze in hand people stared at me wondering whether to run while they could. Unfortunately i did not read the complaints beforehand and have to go there to get my dentures because I had to prepay. Staff is unprofessional and i witnessed a hygenist or whatever she was slamming things around after being scolded by the dentist. I advise anyone thinking of going there to think twice while you still have the option.

Huge Money making scheme
I had four fixed bridges that I had done in my country before I came here to the US more than two years ago. Several days ago, I bit into a spring roll and broke my bridge in half, leaving a gap in my teeth, it was a clean break and in my panic, I used super glue to bond the broken piece from the parts which are still fixed to my teeth. the adhesive worked, and I immediately scanned the yellow pages to see the which dental office will take me immediately, i remember seeing AllCare Dental commercials so I looked them up. I made an appointment the following day at the earliest possible time. They scheduled me for 8:00am, i had to go to work by 11:00am so I figured that will leave me with plenty of time to spare. They made me fill up this long paperwork that was making me uneasy but I was desperate. I thought, all I wanted was for them to temporary bond my fixed bridge until I find enough money to get me a new one which I know is going to be very expensive. They took X-rays of my mouth which lasted a long time, asked me to wait in a dentist chair in an open room which does not give you any privacy at all. I sat in that chair for nearly two hours before I told them I had to go to work, the dentist finally saw me and told me that I need new bridge, and I had tons of cavities which needed cleaning. I pride myself in having good hygiene, and suddenly this doctor is telling me that my mouth is a playing ground for all things nasty. He then further enumerated everything that is wrong inside my mouth. I asked him if he could bond my broken bridge with some sort of stronger dental adhesive temporarily because I am going to work, he said he can't. I wanted to know how much the new bridge is going to cost, but he said the office manager will talk to me. I didn't have enough time, so I told them that I will come back after work. My bridge broke again in the middle of talking to one of my co-employees, and I rushed to the bathroom again to fixed it with super glue. I went back to AllCare Dental after work, and the manager sat me down in her office. She had a print out in her hand that almost made me keel over. She said it's going to cost $7, 000 to fixed everything. There was a list of things that they needed to do in my mouth, not just the bridge alone. I told them that if the dentist could just bond my bridge for me temporarily, while I think it over and find the money. She said, I could get a loan and that they could not fixed the bridge for me temporarily because it's in a really bad shape. What the freak? I was able to bond it with super glue, you'd think that with modern dentistry, they would have some sort of compound that would bond a broken bridge stronger than a hardware store epoxy. I was so furious that I have wasted a whole day with them. I could have found a dentist who are more loyal to the oath that they have sworn than a money grubbing corporation. Well...now I found another dentist and he said he'll try to fix it as cheap as possible. Stay away from AllCare!!!When you go in there, you could see that their client based are desperate and uninformed American Citizens who doesn't think they could find another service somewhere so they are lured into the AllCare trap.
