I received a door hanger flyer on my front screen door. It was an ad for a local business and it says Printed & Delivered by AllDelivered.com 1-877-992-5533. I have a sign posted on my door that states No Trespassing, No Soliciting, No Flyers. The delivery person ignored my sign, trespassed onto my property to solicit business (advertising) and left the flyer right underneath the sign on the door that says No Flyers.

I have a motion sensor security camera in my front window and it recorded the male delivery person that came to my door at 9:54 AM on Tues 12/21. He was fat and sloppily dressed with his shirt untucked and wearing street clothes, no uniform, logo or ID badge. AllDelivered.com website and their YouTube videos shows their delivery people wearing yellow T-shirts with their logo. and claims they are professionally trained and supervised. I saw no other delivery person or supervisor on my security video. My camera views my front sidewalk, front yard and several neighbors houses across the street.

AllDelivered.com website Top Ten Reasons section states:
# 4. All of our Delivery Staff are pre-screened and trained. (My comment: If they are trained, why are they trespassing and leaving flyers illegally when property is posted No Trepassing, No Soliciting, No Flyers?)
# 5. Our Delivery Teams wear uniforms and can be easily seen doing their job for you. (My comment: delivery person is captured on video wearing street clothes, no uniform.)
# 6. Our professional Delivery Staff work in groups that are supervised by our Distribution Managers. (My comment: captured video shows single delivery person, no delivery team, no supervisor. Professional? Fat, sloppy, illegal trespasser, that can't read sign.)

Since AllDelivered.com is located in San Diego County, I went to the San Diego County website to look up their business trade name registration (Fictitious Business Name). It is filing number 2010-025034, filed 9/15/2010. The records show that AllDelivered.com and TheOAS.com (Outdoor Advertising Specialists) are fictitious business names owned by a California corporation, FREEGASHELP INC., website at FreeGasHelp.com. FreeGasHelp has the same business address as AllDelivered.com, and the sign on the building reads OAS.

I then went to the California Secretary of State (SOS) website and did a corporation business record search for FreeGasHelp Inc. It is business entity number C2941542, filed 1/3/2007, address: 4747 OCEANSIDE BOULEVARD, SUITE D, OCEANSIDE CA 92056.

As of 12/17/2010 the business status of FreeGasHelp Inc. is listed on the California SOS website as: SUSPENDED. (I also found another website reporting that it was suspended months ago.)

The SOS website provides this definition of SUSPENDED.
Suspended or Forfeited: The business entity's powers, rights and privileges were suspended or forfeited in California 1) by the Franchise Tax Board for failure to file a return and/or failure to pay taxes, penalties, or interest; and/or 2) by the Secretary of State for failure to file the required Statement of Information and, if applicable, the required Statement by Common Interest Development Association. Buyer beware. Before doing business with any company, check the local and state business records. Make sure they are in Good Standing.

Flyers and door hangers on your door when you are away from home or on a vacant property is a signal to burglars that nobody's home, inviting a break in.
