Central Transport driver showed up with no information about the product he was to pick up. He said he was to see Ken. Apparently, the company which contacted Central had given Ken's name as a contact. Ken did not know anything about it. Allegheny Cold Storage is a service company. We store product for other companies. We do NOT arrange transportation for pick-ups. We never release product without a fax release from the customer.

Because we had no information concerning this load, we were unable to accommodate the driver. For some reason, Central Transport is refusing to contact the original source who sent them to Allegheny Cold Storage and said to contact Ken.
