On oct. 23, 2007 my husband told me to buy a new vacuum cleaner for Christmas. I ordered my Electrolux Oxygen Ulta Canister thru Allergy Be Gone, 140 58th street STE 7K, Brooklyn NY. 11220, this company I found on the internet, phone number 1-866-2... When I received it my husband told me I was not aloud to open it until Christmas Towards the end of Jan. my vacuum cleaner started to act up. When I was vacuuming as the vacuum rolled behind me it would start and stop, start and stop, it would keep on doing this over and over. I called Allergy Be Gone, they told me their warranty is for 30 days. They told me to call Electroux Home Products at 1-800-8... I talked to Aron and Erica and explained my problem. they sent me out a new hose, new power head, new telescope wand, I received them at different times, and different shipments, After I got all the parts and my vacuum still worked the same way, starting and stoping. They then sent a call tag to pick up my vacuum and send it to a repair place. It is now at vacuum cleaner supply in Grand Rapids, MI. I talked to them a couple of days ago. They said it was the hose was defective, and they have a lot of problems with these hoses. I bought a new vacuum cleaner, now this is the second time they have tried to repair it. I would like my money back. I don't want to keep having troubles with the hose. Besides this, with all the times that vacuum has started and shut off, the next thing the motor will bwe going next, with all the starting and stopping.
