Dear Sir,

I’m writing to you today about my awful experience with all fakes.com. The website, http://www.allfakes.com, looked creditable but was a Bait & Switch scam. Three weeks ago I ordered a watch from allfakes because of the vast selection it had and the 100% guarantee for any reason. I placed my credit card order and immediately got a call from a Devon (917) 355-9472 who sounded courteous and helpful. He explained how the company as of the Tuesday before no longer took credit cards and he would shred my credit card #. He further said it was COD only by Money Order and to make it out to Express Inc. . I asked him what if the watch is something I didn’t like. He assured me they stand 100% by the watch, “We don’t sell junk! But if your not 100% satisfied you have five days to decide and we will give you a full refund.”

My watch arrived on schedule and I opened it up and it was a completely different selection. I ordered a Breitling Chronomat Stainless Steele with a Blue Face. I received a Black and Gold Oversized Breitling Bentley. Not even close.

I called Devon back and told him the bad news and I just wanted the exchange. He then said, ” no problem here is the # you need it’s the customer service, (347) 993-3833 ask for Bobby.” I asked if this happens a lot and he said one out of 50 orders but it is no problem. I called Bobby, and got his Voicemail. The next day I got his voicemail again. This went on for the next week. I also tried to call Devon back daily. He would not pick up, sent a few emails and still nothing. I used my friends cell phone and Devon picked up on the first ring with a salesmen’s hello! I said what’s going on I’ve tried get in touch with you for weeks, your customer service never got back to me, and I’ve left countless messages and emails. I said listen, if your out of stock in the watch I ordered I’m willing to choose one that I like that’s in stock but I can’t wear this oversized black and gold watch. His response was “ I don’t know why your talking to me that’s a customer service issue and I’m in sales.” He then hung up.

Side note, coincidently the day I ordered the watch my credit card # was used to request three cash advances for 100$ each that I never made.
