Order never shipped
Do not do business with this company. They take the order and charge your card before the order is ever shipped. They have never shipped my order and had to file a dispute with my credit card company and buy alternate wedding items. Scam Artists.

SCAM COMPANY - Read before ordering
THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR FULL ORDER LIKE THE OTHERS HAVE STATED!!! I haven't had problems with online companies before, and never thought to read any comments about companies where I order from...BIG mistake.
I ordered 3 flower girl baskets and 3 bags of petals. The 3 bags of petals finally arrived 1 month later - after I contacted them various times, but no baskets. I have been trying to reach them, and they sometimes e-mail back and other times they don't. The latest is that they claim that they shipped the baskets twice...here is the lie they got themselves in: when they shipped the petals, they not only arrived, but I also got a notification of it being shipped. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM because you will either not get your product, or will get part of it. File a complaint with BBB and FTC if you have issues with this "company".

So the very first thing I bought was from allforyourwedding.com for silk rose pedals at an awesome price only problem is I still have yet to receive it... Now I ordered it March 5 and it is March 15th, I am checking the status on all my orders and their phone number says it is not available. Luckily I only spent 13 bucks on 2 packages of there petals so worse comes to worse I can buy them elsewhere but seems strange that things I had to special order have already come in, that includes personalized items. Kind of feeling uncomfortable about this situation now... I only hope they dont use my credit card number some where else. I don't recommend going with them it will make any bride nuts not being able to get ahold of them. They must have good times and bad times according to other reviews on other sites. Go with your feeling. Its up to you... but patience with a wedding is not exactly something most brides have... Good Luck!

This company will scam you, you will not get your merchandise
This company will scam you. I ordered a cake topper from them and never received it. Everytime I called they always said it was shipped or I would get it by the next week now 4 weeks later I still don't have it. The woman is very unproffessional and did not want to give her name. Must be a scam! She said she would refund our money less shipping cost when I haven't recieved anything. Then she wants to threaten us with her attorney for recording our phone conversation(which she was told was being recorded and could have hung up)because of all the lies they have told us about our order! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SITE!!! You will not get your merchandise!

Since when was it the consumers fault that they did not receive the merchandise they purchase and never receive? This is how this company will make you feel! They should not be allowed to sell any wedding merchandise because you will never get it in time for your wedding. Very unproffessional customer service, which is the same two individuals that answer the phone anytime you call. You know it has to be a scam if they are unwilling to give their names! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE you will not receive your merchandise!

They won't take phone calls and no response
Do not use All for your wedding I order a sand ceramony kit from them on march 3, 2010 and have not heard from them or received my kit...the wedding is now over and I am going to the bank to try and get my money back. I have sent emails, the won't take phone calls and no response.

Learn from my mistake and avoid this one
I bought a guest book on Allforyourwedding.com in October and when a month had passed and I didn't receive it, I tried to contact them. The customer service phone was answered by a recording that said they only take e-mail messages. (It sounded like someone was running the business out of their garage.) I contacted them by e-mail repeatedly and I received no response. My credit card had already been charged and I had no way to contact them. In January they responded that the guest book was out of stock and if I wanted a similar one and I responded, again they dropped off the face of the earth. I bought another one only to receive an additional one from them in ripped packaging and not at all the one I was ordering. When I wrote to ask for a refund, I received an immediate reply that refused to provide it (suddenly the customer service was available to deny a refund).
There are many wonderful wedding suppliers online so learn from my mistake and avoid this one.

Terrible Customer Service
This website is a total joke! I didn't recieve the stuff I ordered for my wedding until a month after the wedding. I got worried about a week before the wedding and called their "customer service"(which was really just a man and a woman who talked to each other while I was on the phone with the man). They lied to me and told me it had already shipped. So I asked when and they said that they would send me an email with the tracking number. A few days went by and no email or package. By now the wedding is only a few days away. So I begin calling them again. But all I get is a message that says, "Sorry, voicemail box full. Call back later!" They claim on their website that if you email them a question they will answer it within a day. So I sent an email which NEVER got answered. I went out and bought the supplies at a store and had the wedding without their stuff. When the baskets finally did come I called to tell them I wanted a refund since my wedding had long since passed and the woman told me she couldn't find my order and would have to call me back. While I was on the phone with her, she and the man (her husband or boy friend maybe?) got into a little arguement!!! And she has still not called me back. What a joke their little "business" is!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM allforyourwedding.com

Refund not given
Beware of ordering from allforyourwedding.com! I made an order for a wedding cake topper which I paid for and then was told that it was discontinued. I asked for a refund and after countless calls, I never received it. I filed a report with the BBB and still nothing has happened. Think carefully before ordering from them!
