The Alliance Title Services rep assigned to my case, KEvin Alexander, used legalese language which I found hard to understand. When I ASKED him to clarify, he sounded put out by the request but in the end was more apt to use language I could understand.
I had to deal with him during the course of the selling of my timeshare and Im glad I finally got my cash and dont have to deal with Alliance Title anymore.

I was on the phone with Neil Sanders and I think I heard him mumble something under his breath which shouldn't be repeated. He called me up out of the blue the other day to see if I was interested in selling another timeshare I owned.
He was the rep I had at Alliance Title Service back in 09 and although it took a while to get paid, I had to listen to his rants and analogies that don't make much sense for weeks when I waited for my money.
I considered selling my Maui timeshare, but because the market is so flooded with t/s resales, I probably wouldn't get much for it.
