Harassment
They called here but would not give any info to me.
Then they called my husband's ex-wife from 16 YEARS ago in another city. They told her he has alot of debt and isn't paying it and even said it was Capital One that he owed! THAT IS AGAINST THE LAW
We called capital one and the account is CURRENT - we said we were reporting them and they reported the caller to a "supervisor" We are still reporting them it is such BS

Harrassing phone calls
Allied continues to call after they have been informed they have the wrong number and the wrong person. Today I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in Arizona. They started calling about six months ago for my daughter who has never lived at this address or used my telelphone number, not to mention, she has no debts. They are very rude and snotty and refuse to give any information when asked. They have been asked numerous times not to call, but they continue to do so. Apparently they don't check their information before they start harrassing anyone.

Getting calls after Cease & Desist letter sent and they received Certified
I have sent two letters requesting a validation of debt. They responded with a letter stating that "they would not be contacting me about this debt" I have received three calls from Allied Interstate after the date they received my second letter via Certified/Return Receipt. The statute of limitations has run on this and have asked them to prove it has not. They have not responded to this.
I believe they violate the law every time they call and I would like to know what can be done at this point.

Harassing phone calls
They are calling for no reason at all. When answer the phone they won't answer me because they are talking to someone else there or on the other line with someone else. Please stop calling if you aren't talk to anyone it is very annoying. thank you. Its very annoying hearing the phone and its the same phone number all the time. It gets very old. if you are going to be businees don't you think that you should have people that wants work instead of talking to everybody that isn't on the phone. i'm not going to answer the phone stop calling me.

Harrassing phone calls
For the last 2 months I've been receiving 6-15 phone calls from Allied every day, along with a few text messages on my cell phone, coming in at all hours of the day and night. I usually let it go to voice mail but when I do answer it's an automated system that just hangs up so you can't talk to anyone. I finally sent them an email serving as a cease and desist, and I'm hoping that it works. I'm so fed up with calls at all hours of the day and night it's unbelievable.

Rude & unprofessional
I'm very upset with this company. When making arrangements to pay an over due amount on my student loan I agreed to pay $220 per month. I had to make an itial payment of $100 as a good faith payment. The company collected the $100 and in the same month collect a partial payment of the agreed amount of $220. I told them that I would pay the remaining balance on the following month along with my payment of $220. When checking my account balance at my bank there was an over draft fee collected from my account because the people at Allied can not count. ($220-$150= $70) and ($220+70=$290) They wrote a check to my bank for $330 which made my account over drafted because of their mistake. I called in the following business day and tried to correct their mistake only to get some foolish women who calls herself the supervisor (Terri Hughes) who can not add as well be very rude to me.

Incorrect information
Allied Interstate called my landline and asked for me by name but referenced an account that I have never had with a company that I have never done business with. Rep continued to act like I was the debtor even after I confirmed that I have never had an account with the company mentioned. Rep claimed to remove my number from 'the list' but I am still receiving calls from the company. This is illegal under Federal Law. Cease & Desist immediately or you will be civilly liable. I will be filing a complaint with the FCC immediately after I send this.

Harassment
I took a Sallie Mae student loan out back in 2002. I graudated in 2005. Since graduation, employment in this field has been terrible. I have gone into default. I don't currently have a job or any income. No unemployment, nothing. I am continuously looking for work but nothing yet.
This guy is telling me I need to figure out how to pay my bills. It's not for him to tell me how to pay my debts. I have no money, property or anything else that I can use to pay my rent, or food much less this student loan. I don't appreciate being berated by this type of person or company. Don't ever call me again. There should be laws against this type of harassment.

Harassment
I don't owe anyone money and somehow Allied Interstate has my number. They keep calling me and when I pick up the phone there is no one there.
How do I get off their list they call me two to three times a day. This is harassment. Can something be done to put them out of business?
At least make them put someone on the phone when they make these harassing phone calls, so you have a chance to find out why they think you owe money. They are not accomplishing anything by their current tactics because you have no idea why they are calling you.

Phone harrassment
I am dealing with constant phone harassment from "Allied Interstate" starting at 8:30 AM until 8:30 at night looking for someone who owes a debt. This situation has been going on for at least a month if not more. I am so tired of dealing with these morans. I was about to lose it.
Finally, I threatened to report the number to phone company as a harrasment call. I was told my number would be taken out of system in 48 hours and hung up on. We will see!!! I would love to see this company go down. It's complete harassment.
