If you need a reliable site-- do not choose this one! horrible guest service - I ordered shower gifts for my sisters baby shower. This website cancelled my order with out telling me because i was going to have to pay an extra charge for a rush delivery. I never received this information and have still been waiting for the gifts to come and the shower is this sunday! I got in contact with them today- I received email confirmation and an email from the 3 messages I left yesterday today but I did not receive the most important one that said my order was cancelled?? The women told me to check into my spam...but open in my hotmail I have 50 emails and no junk mail? (Interesting) and the website manager had the nerve to tell me that she did not care I was upset; there was nothing she could do at all to come up with a solution. Now I am with out shower gifts for my sisters party.I am a business women that once I order something I do not have time to re-think it; I make a decision and move on to the next tasks; I need a website that I can order from and not have to think twice about it. this is not the website to do that with. I understand there is mis-communication sometime--but I would never rely on them to get you your product in time for something important. There merchandise is cute--but plenty of other baby websites have the same types of product. I am going to www.vellum.com to receive my order in time. i gave it a 1 star--because after i sent 2 emails and 1 message at least they called me back...
