Paid for priority shipping, took 3 weeks to arrive, no customer service
I ordered a custom t-shirt for my son to wear on his birthday. It was getting close to his birthday so I paid a premium for priority shipping to ensure we got it on time. As his birthday approached and we had not received it I got nervous and started contacting the company. Their phone always has a message on it stating they are closed with the business hours. I tried numerous times to call and always got the same thing. I tried email and they never responded. In my final email I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. The next week suddenly we got an email stating it was shipped. Since I asked them to cancel the order I was really angry. Again I tried to call and got nothing, but this time they responded to my email. They said they were short handed and their printer was broken. They refused a refund but gave me a $5 coupon off my next order. After this they again have not responded to any other emails regarding my complaint and they still do not answer their phone. Even the product is crap. I got a shirt with a print that is blurry. I actually wonder if they are even licensed to use the prints they are selling because this looks and smells like fraud. Now that I found this board and find all the way back months ago other people were being given the same sad story. This company is dishonest and a rip off.

I will definitely not order again and I will spread the word that they suck
I placed my order April 15, 2011 so I can have my shirts ready for my sons 1st birthday I spend over $70 and the same day they send me a e-mail stating that I will recieve it mid April and on April 26th they send me a $5.00 coupon saying sorry for our delay we are short in staff, so I called and the phone was not in service then I emailed and they send me pack the email saying failure so i tried calling and the answewring machine picks up saying we are closed call back on our bisiness hours so I called and the same thimg happened Ive send numerous of e-mails and nothing this is not a way to run a business. I went threw them because like what someone else said they are threw Yahoo. I am so upset my sons Birthday is next week I had 2 photo sessions schedules so I had to buy another shirt I also ordered shirts for my nices and nephews i am so UPSET I will definitely not order again and I will spread the word that they suck.

Still NO package
I ordered a customized t-shirt for my daughter's 4th birthday 3 weeks before her party (Feb 12th). After one week I called the toll free number to follow up on my order in which I immediately got a voicemail stating that no one was available to take my call. I called for three days and still no answer. I then sent an e-mail and a live chat message...still no response. The following week I attempted to call again (with fingers crossed) and finally got a live person. Whoever it was that I talked to claimed there was a systems failure and that all orders were behind and that I should have gotten an e-mail. I DID NOT GET AN E-MAIL! She assured me that I would receive my package in time and that she was processing my order to go out that day. So I waited...and on the Monday before my daughter’s birthday I still had no package. A little panicked I called again...this time the voice on the other end stated the "mailbox was full". REALLY? I called everyday up to my daughter’s birthday having with no luck! Here it is one week PAST my daughter’s birthday and guess what...NO PACKAGE! I have been calling every day since and guess what the new voice on the other line is saying now..."I'm sorry your call cannot be made from your area." Does anyone know how to get these people off the web so they can stop screwing people???

After three weeks, I still had not received my order
Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. They apologized for having only fulfilled half my order & promised to reimburse me for those items they forgot. We'll see, but I couldn't be more unhappy with this business.
