A rep from this company quoted me a bid to move furniture from one home to another. I added $200 to the bid myself as a cushion. They quoted me roughly $400 to do the job. A different person ended up sticking me with a $1300 bill. Threatened to pay or they would auction off my belongings. Many attempts were made to speak with the "manager" but they did not return calls nor were they interested in speaking with me about it. The manager of the manager would not speak to me directly. I argued my point to the manager but they still would not budge. They charged me for wrapping, shrink wrap and cleaning, and overcharged in moving fees. They are a complete rip off and have no customer service at all. I am going to take them to small claims court and file a BBB complaint as well. I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT I WILL WIN. I don't always go to this extent but they are GARBAGE!! I will tell all my friends and agents and will never do business with them again. This occurred on 12/17/09
