I was in a auto accident on 9/8/2008 with one of AllState customer. It took they (AllState) three weeks to speak with the person that was at fought. I need a rental, so I had to use my Ins. company to get a rental started. I missed two weeks plus from work. AllState took over the rental, but took me that cause it had been 30 days no matter if my car was ready are not, that they were Not going to pay for my rental any more. They didn't sent the place where my car is being repaired the check, they said that its in the mail, nor have I recieved any money for lost of wages, pain and for being put out. AllState customer Services was very bad and I want something done about it. I want my money from missing work, I want the money I had to pay for the rental which is 700.00 dollars.
