My daughter is a 18 years old struggling college student who is still a little naive but also extremely thrifty. She was contacted by a sales person at this company. She would never have agreed to this if she had known the amount of money involved. She called last night excited that you had offered her your services for only $10. I was immediately skeptical and checked her account balance this morning and saw the $149 charges. If I had not done this she would have been overdrawn since she she lives on a very limited amount of money. If we, her parents, were not able to financially help her, she would have been broke. We feel that your sales person unscrupulously represented your company and further wonder if and what services you can really offer her. I would like to hear back from a supervisor to discuss this matter. Here is an example of the "fine print" - you need a magnifying glass to read it!
