Haven't received products ordered
Placed an order for Alterna Anti- Aging Seasilk Volume Shampoo and Conditioner ( each 33.8 oz.) on March 23, 2009 for a total of $115.55. I was supposed to receive these products in 5-7 days. I received a confirmation # for my order; this is #22322. When I did not recieve this this week, I decided to e-mail the company. I have not received any acknowledgement of this e-mail. I tried to call today; first, I dialed a number I found for them. It was not a number attached to a business. I Googled the company to verify this number and found a site where there were numerous complaints listed against them Through this site(Complaintsboard.com) I got another phone number...(718) 701- 2790. It has been disconnected.I have contacted my VISA company, but I feel a company with so many complaints needs to be taken off the internet...that's why I'm contacting you with my story.

never got product
I ordered my product on the 2/23 and waited for it to arrive. A week later, the website still said "payment received", not "shipped". I sent an email to customer service and got no response. I sent another one and told them that I need a refund or I will charge it back. Still, no response on 3/10. Still shows that it has not been shipped. I am going through my bank to get my money back.

Product Never Recived
My sister orderd some products from them and they never shipped it to her. She then attempted to email and call them several times and they never pick up or answer her emails. They stole my sister's money. I called them and you can't even speak with someone you have to leave a message for sales and a message for customer service. Then they encourage you to order supplies online. I did some research and there are other complaints on Rip Off Report and Amazon. I think the positive complaints from Amazon are from whoever is running this scam business. I called the cyber crimes police department in NY I encourage everyone to file a complaint on www.ic3.gov with the FBI and I hope they get arrested like we're doing. Maybe they can track them down if everyone files a complaint.

product guarantee
I should have known not to order from this company. Before you buy from this company check to see if they are an authorized retailer for the product. I just purchased something and wasn't happy, but I can't get my money back because the company only refunds products from authorized retailers. Allstate beauty won't refund used merchandise. Steer Clear of this company. Pay full price for the products, you save in the end.

Finally Received Products
I placed an order on 2/3, and I finally received my complete order on 2/28. I was afraid I was going to get screwed by this company, but they finally came through. I had tried calling to find out the status of the order numerous times and had never gotten through. Most of the time it said the mailbox was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. I'm happy with the products, but I don't think I'd order anything from this company again.

I eventually received ordered products!
After disputing the charges in the bank and threatening them (via email) with legal actions against them - AllState Beauty sent me ordered products. However, I lost my time and nerves going to the bank; writing a letter in order to dispute the charges; trying to contact the company and so on. Even though they eventually turned out not to be a fraud I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Took money didn't send order
I ordered from AllStateBeauty.com on 1/14/09. I have sent several emails, and called. no one answers when I call. They took my money from PayPal and I never received the product. They are crooks and I am going to report them to the authorities and of course Pay Pal.

Terrible company
I purchased hair product from AllstateBeauty.com via Amazon on January 10, 2009. My credit card was charged and I have not received the product. I have sent several emails and tried contacting them via phone only to find that their mailbox is full and therefore cannot leave a message. After reading the other report of a consumer being ripped off I am afraid the same thing has happened to me. There is another company, All State Beauty Products, Inc., also in NY who is being hounded by consumers not receiving their products. AllstateBeauty.com is the company to go after - NOT 'All State Beauty Products, Inc.' I am also contacting Amazon to take them off of their supplier list.
