Allstate Imaging is a SCAM Company. I do not understand how a company, with that many complaints and even fines from the FTC is not being SHUT DOWN. It is clear that they run a scam, offering you trial offer toner cartridges, at 3 TIMES THE PRICE OF RETAIL (check prices at Office Depot & Best Buy i.e.), telling you that you get ONE FOR FREE, and two in the offer, which, if you like the free one (supposedly lasting twice as long as normal toner - WHICH IS A LIE ALSO) you have to pay for the other TWO at $287.95/pc (mind you, you find them at retail for $79-$85).
If you don't like them, they make you send ALL the toner cartridges back, EVEN THE FREE ONE. They don't want only the two, unopened ones back, but also the one that was FREE IN THE INITIAL OFFER. A cartridge, that after not working properly (after market, alarm on copier always on, people on the network can't access since constant copier "alarm stage", etc.), may have been disposed of.
Should you not have that FREE CARTRIDGE, they will call you, harass you, and threaten you that you have to pay 287.95 for the FREE cartridge or they will send you to collection.

This is unconscionable business, and seems like predatory buniess practices and needs to be addressed by the California State Attorney's office.
