Refuse to compensate victim, refuse to protect customer

THOMAS WILSON- CEO (He’s the one running the company in such a horrific way!)
The above adjusters have lied to me, attempted to intimidate me, Parker behaved in a racist manner with me, all of them have intentionally procrastinated so much that my claim filed on 11/02/2009 is STILL not settled today.
MEDICAL: $7, 458.83
LOST WAGES: $462.64
FILING FEE: $242.50
Add to that, compensation for relevant transportation costs (doctor and lawyer appointments, court), and costs of photocopying, printing and faxing.
Because of their lollygagging, I now have a $3, 000 lien against me from a chiropractor.
Their insured rear ended me and was found guilty in court. I suffered a spinal injury, pain and suffering, diminished quality of life, negative impact on marital relations, restricted ability to perform daily tasks, and was forced to postpone starting our family.
Attorney and I demanded $20K, which is REASONABLE because he gets his fees before I get my compensation, so this would leave ME with enough to pay all bills and be adequately compensated. Tracey Watkins offered $6, 926! What a JOKE. Recently, David Wallace upped the offer to $8, 000, which is ANOTHER slap in the face!
If they don't pay, I'll have to sue their customer. Where's her liability protection, now??!! What did she pay them for??!! Did they think it was a charitable donation??!!

Kept Me on Hold on the Phone for 4 hours
I called 1-800-ALLSTATE to obtain an auto insurance quotation. After undergoing a very lengthy and frustrating cross-examination by a virtual receptionist, my call was transferred, after which I was informed that my call was very important and that my wait time was 5 minutes. Over the 4 hour wait, a recorded message periodically informed me that my call was very important and that an insurance representative would be with me momentarily. I am still holding! Help!!!

Terrible company
Allstate agents tell you that your home is covered. You have everything you asked for no problems. They quick to tell you everything you want to hear and to take your money. However, when something goes wrong, they have a million and one excuses why they won't paid your claim.
I have Condo Home Owner Insurance with Allstate. The Condo association had a new roof placed on our building. The roofers threw heavy bags of materials up on the roof. They even video the inside of the home before they began their work. Make a long story short, from them throwing these heavy bags cause vibration down the roof joyces to our ceiling. Four months later ceiling started to collapse.
Allstate after several request finally sent an adjuster out to look at the ceiling. His findings was that the roofers cause this and he could prove it through his photos and measurements he took. Wrote up the report and Allstate still deny the claim. Why? Because the roofers had left the premises. That right. If the ceiling collapse while they was working on the roof. Allstate would then fix it. But since 4 to 5 months have gone buy. Allstate is not obligate to fix the problem and therefore deny the claim.
When I told them I would write a letter to Maryland State Insurance Commission. They laugh and asked me if I need their number or address.
Bottom line... if you have Allstate Home Owners Insurance. You throwing your money away. You been warned...

Fraud and cheating
Allstate might sound like a good Insurance Company, but be careful with what they might really be offering you.
Summer 2008 I was in my friends car, stuck in stand still traffic when a wreckless driver rear ended us going 60mph, had to go to the hospital, when me and my friend were trying to get things fixed up after the accident we were told that Allstate would pay all of the hospital bills bc it was was surely not our fault, and that we would also get a certain amount of money for our Pain and Suffering, that had absolutely nothing to do with the hospital bills, in the end the Allstate Agent NEVER told us that we would have to pay part of the hospital bills with it, In the end we were cheated out of money, and even now we are still stuck with outstanding Hospital bills, And Allstate will not do anything about it because the Lying Allstate Lady (Patty Mougridis) reported on her file that she did mention that we were going to have to use our pain and suffering money to pay part of our hospital bill, meanwhile she NEVER did and we have proof by the recorded conversations, but Allstate is not willing to listen to them because apparently they do not want to be proven wrong.

Scam charges
I notified the Texas Department of Insurance and filed a complaint for Fair market value of which I received thru The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) with a valuation rate. Since Allstate Adjusters are company generees their first offer of $1350.00 was not even in my ballpark of figures. It took me 4(four) months and a lots of brain work, but I got a settlement of $2988.00 for my 1982 Ford Thunderbird. Oh by the way I still have my 82T-Bird to repair once I locate body parts.
