I just received a call from 978-992-0350 (showed up under the name of IP Communication) from a Karen Foster (she had a very thick middle eastern/Indian accent), calling from Allstate Legal Services on behalf of CashnetUSA, stating that I needed to call them back immediately, and that they felt sorry for me if I disregarded the call. I called back to see what was going on, but Karen Foster was not available (mind you only 2 minutes had passed since the call). A man by the name of Mark Johnson (he also had a very thick middle eastern/Indian accent), preceded to tell me "Do not interrupt me while I read you the charges against you". So of course I had to interrupt him.

At first he didn't want to tell me anything other than I owed them money. I then followed that up with 'by law you have to tell me what this concerns before I tell you anything'. He then became very belligerent, and angry. He then began to tell me that I had fraudulent charges against me for attempting to obtain a payday advance by means of fraud. That CashnetUSA had deposited the funds into my bank account. He then preceded to give me my SSN#, my bank name and account number, my home address, my mother's name and address, my email address, and said that I was going to be arrested, and drug out of my home.

I then asked him when this had taken place, because I was looking at my account at that moment, and there have been no such deposits. He then told me that I would have to take it up in court. I said that I wanted the Court Document Case Number, and other information. He hung up on me. I called back, and he hung up on me again. Upon calling back, there is a recording that says due to technical difficulty, my call could not be placed. So I called my local police department, and have filed a police report against them. I also called my bank, alerted the credit reporting agency of possible identity theft, as well as the FTC, BBB, and my states State Consumer Protection Agency and filed reports with everyone.

I am not sure what it will do, but this is beyond ridiculous. I have severe health issues, and I do not need this kind of stress. If I have to, I will find them myself. And if I end up in the hospital due to the calls and the threats someone is going to pay and it will not be me. What I do not understand is how this has been going on for 3 years, and there has been no stop to it. With all of the technology, you're telling me that there's no way this "company" of scammers can not be caught?
