Allstate puts the value of my vehicle at $2000 less than at fault party and my own research put it at. This was after I suffered a total loss in a car accident that I was not at fault. The at fault driver did not have enough liability coverage to cover all the vehicles in the accident so I was forced to file against my own collision coverage with Allstate. Allstate never once gave my any guidance in handling the at fault party or insurance company despite having full coverage. Instead they just played their little game trying to pay out as little as possible. They used out of state vehicles and vehicles that were poorly equiped compared to mine in order to substantiate their value. No matter what information I sent them, they stuck to their low-balling lier of an appraiser...Well The $2000 they are saving with my accident is going to cost them $2000 per year. I have been a loyal client for about 14 years...All Auto and home insurance policies have now been cancelled over $2000 a years worth!!
