Bad service
I placed an order with this company online, (allstatebeauty.com), on Thursday March 30, 2009 & my credit card was charged. I received a confirmation number from this company via email as well. I have waited the approximate shipping time of 5-7 business days & still haven't received my product, today April 19, 2009. I have called and e-mailed this company, leaving several messages with my number & confirmation number to check on the status of my order and I haven't received a phone call or email back . I am now going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. Still waiting on my product...& not happy!

Fraudulent charges
I ordered $93.79 worth of hair care products. My credit card was billed immediately which was suspicious since most reputable businesses don't charge until they ship. I began calling and emailing AllStateBeauty.com daily regarding my order. There has been no response. When you call, no matter what option you choose, you get an answering machine. When you email there is never a response. I started Googling AllStateBeauty.com and found a number of sites and fraudulent complaints. This is when I truly realized that this is not a legitimate business operation. I encourage all of you that have been charged for items that you haven't received to do the following (which I have already done):
File complaints with: NY Attorney General's office (Brooklyn division) http://www.oag.state.ny.us/bureaus/consumer_frauds/filing_a_consumer_complaint.html
File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Brooklyn NY.
File a police report with the Brooklyn precinct.
If you paid by credit card, file a fraud complaint with your credit card company, and most importantly CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD and order a new one with a new number.
Otherwise you are at risk of additional fraudulent charges.

I made numerous phone calls and e-mails with absolutely no response
I initially felt that this site offered very competitive prices on most beauty products. I purchased shampoo and conditioner from them. It took approximately 60 days for the shipment to arrive. I then realized that my card was billed twice for the same thing. I made numerous phone calls and e-mails with absolutely no response. I eventually received another shipment from them. Most of the order was broken. They will not return any of my calls or e-mails still. I am reluctantly giving up. I want everyone to know what kind of website this is. I would not recommend this site to your worst enemy. Buyer beware.

Rip off
I went to Allstatebeauty.com and ordered some hair supplies. I paid with my credit card online and received a confirmation email i tried to contact to confirm the shipping and was constantly sent to voicemail I also wrote emails but never got a reply. I researched the website today and found that others had been ripped off by the same company. I have yet to receive my articles and believe that they will not come. I only wish that the perpetrators of this abhorrent scheme be brought to justice.

Allstatebeauty.com is a SCAM ARTIST-- I purchased $80 worth of shampoo/conditioner/gel and never got my products. I called the phone number and it sent me directly to voicemail-- I called several times and no one called me back and i never spoke to a person. They immediately charge my debit card after the purchase and never gave me my products JUN 2009.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this company...

Order products (henna), was charge $57.28 and never received items. In addition, customers service will not return my calls.

Unauthorized charges
This was my third order with allstatebeauty.com I received order in 2008 and another one in March 2009. However, I place an order on May 17 for $52.47 and have not received. The phone number listed on the site goes to a college. No one has responded to my email.
BEWARE! I've been ripped off!!

product not received
I purchased hair product from AllstateBeauty.com via the internet on May 10, 2009. My credit card was charged and I have not received the product. I have sent several emails and tried contacting them via phone only to find voicemail, no customer service rep.
