Fraud
I ordered $93.79 worth of hair care products. I was suspicious right away because AllStateBeauty.com charged my credit card immediately when normally your credit card isn't charged for an order until it ships. I began calling them only to get an answering machine regardless of what option I chose. Absolutely no response. I also emailed them repeatedly and again absolutely no response. I finally called and left a message that if they didn't credit my credit card or contact me regarding immediate shipment of the products that I was going to file a complaint with the following entities - which I have now done:
NY Attorney General's office - Brooklyn division
Brooklyn police department to file a complaint
NY Brooklyn division of the Better Business Bureau
My credit card company to notify them of the fraudulant charges and to cancel my credit card. This is important! Cancel your credit card and order a new one because it is possible that more fraudulant charges can be charged to your card.
The more victims bring this to the attention of officials the sooner that this person(s) and business can be prosecuted and shut down. Fight for your consumer rights!

Never shipped my order
On May 5, 2009, I ordered Hempz products from AllstateBeauty.com totaling $187.91. My VISA card was debited on May 6, 2009 for
$187.91. I received AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, BUT NO ORDER... after not receiving my order in 10 days, I started calling their
office and left numerous requests for them to return my call, but to no avail. I then called company owner, Alexander Bederoff on his
personal cell phone at (917) 681 0688 and spoke with Paul who assured me that they would email me a tracking #number later that
day letting me know that my order had shipped. I received NO TRACKING # and the order has not shipped. Please let the world know
that this company lacks integrity and is a rip off operation. They are common everyday thieves who do not deserve to be able to rip the
consumer off this way. We must put them out of business by exposing thier low down dirty, unethical tactics to all potential victims.

Damaged products and no response!!!!!
I ordered over 70.00$ worth of "Hempz" products from allstatebeauty.com. The goods arrives in broken plastic bottles. Tanning lotion smeared all over the package. Two months have passed since I sent the package back, I EXPECT a refund. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS!!! If you call the company phone number you will be forwarded to an answering machine, and NO ONE will ever call you back. I send this message to allatatebeauty- Your going out of business, and I will get my money back. Scammers.

Goods payed - not received!
I ordered and payed for the goods (shampoo and conditioner worth of 62 dollars) with my creditcard - but no delivery came. Have since tried to contact them with email and have also left messages over the phone but there has been no response what so ever.
I'm going back to Sweden now; without shampoo and after having a completely useless e-shopping experience here in the states. This should not be so and I also don't seem to be the only one. Close the page down!

Charged but haven't received my product
I placed an order with this company online, (allstatebeauty.com), on Thursday March 26, 2009 & my credit card was charged. I received a confirmation number from this company via email as well. I have waited the approximate shipping time of 5-7 business days & still haven't received my product. I have called this company as well as leaving a voice mail message with my number & confirmation number to inform me or assist me in this matter, & I haven't received a phone call or email back either. I am now going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. Let me also state I have written an email to this company today as well. I have worked for small companies such as these & we would always call or email the customer to inform them that they would get their product or we would reimburse them. I should have known better & done some better research before placing my order but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Still waiting on my product...& not happy! I was hoping to have it because I'm leaving town tomorrow!... Rory E.

Did not recieve my order
I placed an order online with this company March 10th, 2009. Because I spent over $50 I qualified for free shipping, but paid $9.25 for an upgrade to recieve my product faster. I waited, and waited. Finally I decided to call on the status of the order, since I never had even recieved an email stating my package had been shipped.
I called repeatedly, only to get a voicemail box. The recording would say that they were busy and that someone would call me back. I NEVER received a call back.
On the 25th I went to my back to file a complaint and dispute the charges, explaining all this. And what do you know? The very next day I recieve an email stating that my order had been shipped.
This company is not worth the time or hastle one has to go through to recieve a product.

Did Not Receive My Order
I order many products from Amazon and have never had any trouble until I ordered a Wigo Ceramic Airbrush from AllStateBeauty.com on 2/09/09. Of course they took their payment from my VISA card immediately, but today id 3/04/09 and I have yet to receive my order. I am furious, I have emailed and called them several times but have not heard anything at all from this company. I should have known to be more careful, but I was excited to find what I needed at an excellent price. I will always be wary of buying products that are not specifically from AMAZON from this point on. BEWARE of this company, they are frauds!!!

If you want to contact Alexander Bederoff personally call (917) 681-0688. This is his personal cell phone number. If you want your products or your money back, don't waste time calling allstatebeauty.com. Call his personal cell!

Cheats
This business is ran by people who don't know what they are doing. They are out of stock 90% of time and until recently did not want to refund money to people even who paid for 2 days delivery and order never shipped. Simply because they Russian pigs who underpay people, dress in Prada and pay overworked young girls $10 an hour, that is if the pay will not be late few days. PLEASE BE CAREFUL ORDERING BECAUSE THE BUSINESS IS POORLY ADMINISTRATED BY OWNERS AND MOST STUFF IS NOT IN STOCK!

I placed an online order on 01/17/09 and have not received my products. I have emailed them 3 times with no response. I intend to dispute these charges with my credit card company soon, if there is no responde to my latest email.
