I have Alltel wireless internet, since I am in an underserved location. It costs $59.99 per month and I thought I was getting a non-contract service since I purchased the equipment for full price. However, Alltel claims I have a two year contract, will not give me credit for the times it freezes, will not release me from my contract, will not give me any assistance other than to say that Alltel's technology is not advanced enough to handle the number of people using their service.
