My one (478-984-6079) wireless phones, since I
had problems with it Motorola W315, thru my
Insurance & $50.00 I rec'd another one on 8-21-2007. In November I went to turn the phone on
& would not come on, I took it to the Alltell Office
on Tues., the Sales Lady said the Battery was Locked up, and she said anymore trouble come back
and get another and of course it has beebvery slow coming on, dropping calls, etc.(don't trust it)!
I went to the Alltel Office in Dublin and Colby
said they did not have one (Wed. 12-5-07) and the
Vidalia Office had (7) and check next day it would
come in on UPS, checked everyday and nothing,
and I went into the Office today (12-11-07) could
not get help, and when I did another saleslady (Christy) said and
If it is an Emergency, (I told her my sister was rushed to Savannah about 150 miles away) and I
needed a dependable phone, and she said just stop
in Vidalia, and I said I don't go that way, then she
said buyanother one and I said I can't afford to right at
Christmas and she said well put it on the Bill, and
I said, well that is drafted each month from our
checking account, so I left very upset and with an
Emergency with people wandering around to the
back and no help from the original person I dwelt
with last Wednesday.
I could home and stayed on my Home phone about one one-half hours trying to call Alltel
Customer Service and my Insurance (they were
nice and helpful both).
If this is the service that I am going to receive
from the Dublin, Ga. Alltell Office, when my Husband's contract with his moble wireless runs
out, I plan to switch, we have been perfect Customers since about 1990 or earlier.
