A $50 visa rebate card was offered for purchasing an all tell phone. When the card arrived I have tryed to use it per their directions and have been told three times it has no value. Their websiet is not useable to rectify nor is their 800 number. Message, "All operators are helping someone else and we are experiencing high traffice
