On June 20th i went with my father to this store to discuss their plans. After much jockeying back and forth with the usual banter, my dad decided to get the plan and a new phone also adding me onto the service. Well here's the thing, Dad already had active revol service and had just gotten it about 2 weeks prior and still have minutes active etc. The reps in the store, one of whom is the manager convinces dad that they can handle revol with no problem. They sold us a bill of goods stating they would contact Revol, cancel his account and have them credit him the money for the remainder of the month. Well that was June and it is July still nothing but excuses from them. After 3 or more calls and messages to alltell representatives at the store they keep promising same thing that it is no problem and they will take care of it. Now Revol has taken another 60+ dollars out of his cheking account overdrawing it etc. Dad is paying for two phones and only using one phone. one bill for 3 weeks of alltell is 112.00 and then the revol 60 which they did not get disconnected. i think it is a racket. They misrepresented what they were able to do. Meanwhile we are still waiitng. and if that isnt enough i have not been able to find a complaint section online or contact name to address this matter.
