Charged me for a ring they never sent

I ordered two rings from Almost Diamonds. I received one of the rings but never received the other one. When I called them they said it was backordered and if I wanted I could pick out a different one. I picked out a different ring and I was to be credited the difference and sent the ring. I have yet to receive the ring or the credit. I have called them over 5 times and no matter when I call it says that their office is closed even though their hours are M-F 10 am to 5pm.

Customer Service

I returned my ring UPS so that I would have notification that they received it. I have tried to get in touch with them and they do not respond. They have had my return for a week and 1/2 and I have yet to receive my refund or even an email stating the refund. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
