Left us with unfinished pool
Alpine Pools and Spas Incorporated Did us Wrong! Do not trust this Business to deliver a quality pool or customer service. We signed a pool contract in June 2009 with the intention that our pool would be completed within 12 weeks. It is now December 2009 and the pool is not complete yet! No one answers our phone calls or is at the Office. They are not a member of The BBB anymore! We trusted in this "Down to Earth" Company over other highly reputable companies to do a great job. They were wonderful until we gave them our check for $10k and then only saw them working on the pool maybe once or twice a month, if that. One of their sub contractors threw taco bell sauce packets and a baby diaper on our roof which we accepted an apology for. They used to answer our emails daily with excuses on why they were delayed (always excuses). Once the water was in the pool/spa (dec) They have not been back to maintain the pool, give us the cleaning equipment or install the baby barrier fence (and we have two small children). The border on the pool is still not finished, it is two different colors and paint drippings along the tile. They installed the wrong heater for the hot tub and when we went to heat it up last week it didn't even get as warm as bath water. The list can go on and on. This is not something we signed up for nor expected from these guys. We are truly and sadly dissappointed this is the outcome and we hope this can be worked out. We have two children who would have loved to be enjoying this pool over the last few months! Now we have to hire someone else, out of pocket to finish the job. Sometimes the cheapest quote is not always the best. So if you are thinking of going with Alpine because they cost less- remember you get what you pay for! We learned our lesson for future purchases. (Added-Now email gets sent back as they are not accepting emails at this time).
