Okay, I was a sucker for the free trial supply of teeth whitener. All I had to do is pay the $ 1.95 shipping and handling. Product arrived and the next thing I know they charged my credit card $62.90 for the next month's supply. I immediately cancelled?!?!? I was instructed to contact the customer service phone number of 866-694-5645 to obtain an RMA #. I would have to send the product back in order to get a full refund. I did that May 5, 2010. Consequently I have been following up every month inquiring as to where my refund is. Every month has been a different answer. Ohh, let me back up here, the customer service line now has a recording that the line is no longer a working number! Imagine that. I started calling the main line, 800-604-1742, which did get me a live person. Here I am, 5 months later and their response is that I cancelled outside of the time frame and they can no longer offer me a refund. They actually hung up on me after I demanded to talk to a supervisor and that I was going to report them to the Attorney General!!!

This is a total bait and switch operation. Do not fall for their ads!!! They are truly a professional SCAM operation!!!
