Beware of Alta Vista Spain, a new company set up by the former directors and employees of one MRI Overseas Property, which scammed buyers into purchasing non-existent off-plan properties across Europe.

This new site follows exactly the same pattern - none of its directors are named on the site but they are the infamous Rolf Christensen and Michael Liggan, highly organized thieves and complicit with the lawyers they will introduce you to. They plan to attend the Birmingham Place In The Sun Expo from 1st to 3rd October 2010.

Don't fall for any of their hogwash. They will sell you a property which is at best worth half of what you paid for it. And that is assuming that they don't just disappear with your money of course.

Any inspection trip will be a high pressure timeshare-style assault. They will promise you the earth but none of it will be written in the contract they present you with to sign - and the independent lawyers they introduce you to will not look after your interests.

Take it from one of the thousands who dealt with these sharks in their previous enterprises and AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
