Teeth Whitening
I purchased a teeth whitening trial kit, it was supposed to be a FREE trial where you just pay for the postage and packaging, which i was happy to pay. But then this company took that plus £57 from my bank account and it doesn't even cost this to purchase their kit. It is impossible to contyact this company, i have contacted telephone numbers, email addresses etc, and have had no joy, i even wrote letters to this company in both america and england!!! I just want my money back that they were not even supposed to take. I am now awaiting a refund, which i probably won't get either i am devastated that a company could do this. This was supposed to be a free trial and it turned out to be a complete SCAM by them taking funds out of my bank account, which i did not authorise.

SCAMMMM
i think i saw one of the most pathetic attempts of advertising i have EVER seen. you can put in this url, JUST FOR LAUGHS, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP THO, JUST TO LAUGH AT THESE FOREIGN IDIOTS. they have no idea how to say a sentence. it burns me up to see these foreigners trying to speak our language to rip us off.
http://www.goodteethwhiteningtips.com/
as u can imagine, the foreigner, most likely indian or middle eastern, is giving u GREAT TIPS!!! they include clicking on the alta white link, THERE you will get the great, honest, caring, and concerned advice to be tricked into giving ur card number for 'shipping only', just to be charge the ULTRA FREE PRICE of $120 in 10 days. if that's not free, i dont know what is.
Scum of the earth, ok, u first need to call ur bank and let them know criminals have ur card number and u would like the bank to stay on the line and record it while u cancel ur membership. let the company know u want every single membership canceled. that means every membership, even those memberships u got because they gave ur card number away to their buddies. demand an rma number and let them know ur bank is recording this, so they cant charge u anymore the number they give is 818-303-9253.
What they do is this-they charge this outrageous amount, they sneek this in quickly, then they claim after that all u pay is shipping for free refills.
let ur bank know ur demanding assistance in filing a federal regulation E form because this is a fraudulent charge if they already did it. if ur bank choses to side w the criminal and honor it, inform ur bank u have no choice but to report them to ur states bank commission (look their name up first it's different for each state) because this is fraudulent. they hide the secret charges so that they can hoodwink ur account. it is against the law to not clearly disclose the true cost. it is in violation of consumer protection laws.
also, be sure to inform the company that u are demanding a refund or that or u are turning them in to the bbb- bbb.org, the ftc- ftc.gov the attorney general of the operating state, and also to the fbi- ic3.gov.
If your bank seems to believe that what they're doing is legal, let them know that, NO it is NOT legal- it is deliberate false advertising, a violation of the law, and also is fraud for not disclosing the terms BEFORE giving ur information.
Now, they will probably tell u that u have to send the product back. DEMAND an rma number to put on it. if they tell u u dont need it, u tell them u know that u do and are demanding it, and remind them the bank is listening and recording this. now, write the number in huge numbers in black marker on the outside of the box. also, take a picture of the product, and of the box w the rma number and correct address clearly written on it. also, get the extra delivery confirmation signature, and also get it insured. this is because they will try every trick in the book to claim they didnt receive it or it was damaged, etc.
Also, since they operate under dozens of different names, go ahead and have ur account number canceled and a different one issued. they will keep right on dipping in to ur account otherwise.
and no matter what- turn them in to all of the agencies, ESPECIALLY THE FBI. this is a downright CRIME, treat it as such.
oh, and some useful links- click this to get the REQUIRED rma info
https://www.websupportcenter.com/support/locate/

clcik here to cancel ur order
https://www.websupportcenter.com/support/locate/

they look like it's the same link. now, also, when doing anything on the web, like this cancelation or webchats, emails, etc be SURE to get evidence by doing a screen shot. do this for everything u do online. to do this, look for a button on ur keyboard that say prntscrn
sometimes u have to press shift if it's up above another character on the same key. now that uve done this, and do it for every single page and step, open up ur paint program. go up to edit, click paste, now go up to file, save as and change the file type to jpeg or gif, and save it as such. that way u can just email all of this proof to the authorities and to ur financial institution as well.
This is a lot, but must be done. if u havent been scammed, go and laugh at those stupid, pathetic little nasty stenchy foreigners attmepting to speak english in efforts to rip us off.

Card Charge
I placed an order for a free trial of TWO tooth whitening productS from a company called ALTA WHITE & Premium White . The deal was - you have to get two different free trials from different companies, just cover shipping (about 2$). well, two weeks later, on dec 8th charge came in for 119.93$ (1207 PROVILLUS 8007564120 818-303-2600 CA 24707809341714337760635).Called to see what was that about and was told that on HealthBuy.com (Health Buy LTD & markethealth.com) another week later I have found an additional charge of $86.93US levied by a company called Sup*Smilebright (1221 SUP*SMILEBRIGHT 877-5947850 OH 2433239935700001229296). and yesterday another charge for 48.23$ (SUP*WHITETEETH 0018669893774 OH). Looks like its a scam and all the companies connected! I was not advised of this companies existence, let alone authorising any payment. Obviously a scam and taking advantage of people who can least afford it. Beware, I didn't think that the credit card companies could approve a payment without the cardholders permission. Apparently they can.

Unauthorised debiting of bank account
I ordered this product as a trial offer which I found on my internet page. The offer was a combination of Alta White and Dazzelsmile. I received the trial products and have not been able to test them yet. I have since found that my bank account has been debited for a membership fee which I did not authorise. As both these products were ordered on the 20/10/09 and ship date was 23/10/09 I ask you please to cancel these orders on the 90 day return clause and please have my account credited for the amounts they have taken from me. Many thanks.
