internet scam
Unauthorized charges appeared on my account when I signed up for this free trial. I called the company and they denied any knowledge of the other charges, but coincidentally they were of the exact same amount as their company's charge, just with a different company name. And they appeared at the exact same time on my bank statement. I immediately canceled the trial offer and demanded they reverse all charges. This has not occurred yet.

false advertising
Although advertised as a free trial, this company will bill you $129 at the end of what they call the trial period when you supply your credit card details to pay for the shipping of the supposed free trial, but you can cancel before then if you catch it in time (within 14 days). It took me a while to find the link and for me it was http://www.websupportcenter.com/support/cancel/. I have also been billed by another company via the same credit card so I wonder if they pass on your credit card details. To be sure that no other transactions occur because of this one, I have had to cancel and order a new credit card with a different number. In the meantime, I wait to see what transpires next.
Although the product was called Altawhite, the credit card statement used the biller name of Nutralogy to bill for the postage so keep an eye out for that name too.
This may also have been the company that added more than you expected to the shipping fee for insurance if you did not tick the box, which is the opposite of what you would normally do, so beware of that too.
