these people are ignorant we had our cell phones we have 2 my husband and i which was only supposed to be 4o a piece on the bill 80.00 but they started charging us over 100.00 adding fake charges and then if you try to call them you get the run around and redirected by the time you are redirected you are talking to a hulio in mexico not where you called in the first place and you get him talking in spanish which i only know english so thats pointless anyhow we only had 2 months to go before our contract ended but altell claims theres coverage in my area which there is not so in their contract if you get no coverage which we proved then thye are supposed to disconnect our service free of charge without charging the supposed 200.00 but instead after assuring us we would be bill free my husband kenneth pearson now has an 800 bill from a credit collection against him from altell how in the heck did it get from us not owing anything when our bill was paid up to 800.00 actually 850.00 and now his credit is ruined for no reason altell are thieves and need to be fixing their errors not hurting our credit and not only that they sent a preapproval letter for my husband wanting to give him another cell phone ????how is that possible when they are saying he owes over 850.00 and that went against his credit already thats another slap in the face their service dont work so why would we want them and they are destroying my husbands credit which we was working on building up.america the land of the free i think not
