I sign up online to receive some "training" info from GOOGLE, but as soon as I saw website I realised it was a fraud, no connection with GOOGLE and informartion was not what I expected to recieve. I immediatly canceled my account and received confirmation# in my e-mail. However, on October 8th I was charged $29.95 on my Master Card. I called same day and asked to remove charges and close my account, again I was assured that my account is closed now, my Confirmation # and Refund conf #, and money supposed to be back on my CC as late as 22nd of Oct.
Now is Oct 27th and I called so many times but they just keep saying same thing, money will be refunded I need ti wait another 22 days. Their Customer service people rude and just hanging-up on you, there no way you can speak to Suprviser. It is just huge scam. I looked for this place online and there so many people with same problems. Something needs to be done here. I am working with my Credit Card Co on desputing this charges too. This company needs to be closed or otherwise we should have classaction agains them. I have all the records and all the conf # and even then My CC being charged and there no way you can get reimbersed.

THESE FRAUD SITES ARE GETTING ME DOWN. IF I HAD NOT CHECKED MY ACCOUNT EVERY DAY, THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AWAY WITH CHARGING MY CHECKING FOR $29.95!
I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE, SO I CALLED, IT WAS A WEEKEND, NO RESPONSE AND CLOSED ON COLUMBUS DAY!
I WENT TO THEIR SO CALLED SITE AND WROTE TO THEM TELLING THEM I WAS GOING TO CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU IF THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
I AM SO MADD!!! HOW CAN WE BE FREE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!!
