I ordered the Alteril FREE Trial for 97 cents to cover the cost of postage. I checked my credit card account to find they had ALSO charged me $37.90. I called them to get answers, and was told I should have read the FINE PRINT, and they would NOT take this charge off my account. I have never talked to any company's representative who had such BAD PEOPLE SKILLS! I was told that it was MY problem, they were getting ready to ship it, and they would NOT take the charge off my account. I asked if it had been shipped yet, and they said NO, but it would be shipped in a few days. I told them to STOP the process, keep the product and refund my money. Their response was... Sorry, no can do. You'll just have to live with it, send the product back after you receive it in a few weeks, or whatever you want to do with it. However, we will NOT refund your card until it has been shipped, received and returned. I asked this Bad Mannered representative, that if it hasn't been shipped, why can't you stop the process? His answer was this... That's not my job!

I am REALLY angry, and if I could put these people out of business, I would! Beware of this company... it is a RIPOFF and a SCAM!
