Please Read below, I have sent a Complaint to Rohan Motor, Noida by email but till date No reply got from MUL
authorised service Station after several reminder. My car
still lying at Service station . I therefore requested to MUL
Kindly Take Necessary action.

Subject: Negligence in Service

Dear Sir,
I bring to your kind Notice that my Maruti Alto-LX, Reg No: UP16F4023 sent to your place for service through my Driver on 05/03/2008. The same day service has been done vide Job Card No: JC07107777 dated 5th Mar, 2008 and handed overto my driver after payment against Cash Memo No: BC07107777 of Amount Rs.14558/-
After the drive from your Service Station to Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Car
Stopped with a erratic sound. Immediately contacted your service supervisor Mr. Shakti
Then MoS attend the car and found Engine oil below minimum level and unable to start the Car.
Then one of your person came to Vaishali after one hr. and try to start the car but
unable to start and then taken the car to your Service Station.
Next day I have sent my driver to your service centre and found one of Your Mechanic filling the engine oil in my car and try to remove some parts with hammer but unable to rectified the problem and told my driver and me on phone it will take more time to rectify the problem.
Now next morning on 7th Mar, 2008 once again I have sent my driver to your place
To take the delivery of the car after a test drive taken by driver with your people found
Erratic sound from engine. One of your supervisor Mr. Sharma contacted me and given
me estimate of Rs.35000/- to remove the sound. After the call I reached your place to
check the problem and told by your people that engine is Ceased and required overhaul.
I am shocked over negligence and behavior of your people and they do not have a courtesy to provide me a car to send me off. Also I am bearing losses of Rs1200/- Every day on taxi expenses.


You are requested to kindly look into these matter and give my car in working Condition with guarantee with out any penalty to me.
