Bad service

Orders 20 pc set of containers for $41.93, including $21.94 for shipping. Received 10 pc set of containers. After repeated attempts to contact, finally reached a representative who said they would send the missing 10 pc set for an additional $8.95. The ad was very specific as to price and number of containers. Also, food items placed in containers spoiled at same rate as regular containers.

Do not buy

I went to order these AFC on their website, I ordered the set as seen on their home page, buy one set and get a second set free. I was billed $28.94 twice and after more than a dozen phone calls, emails, I cannot get my money refunded. I speak to Asian or hispanic CS people who keep apologizing for this and assure me that my refund is being processed. This is since Aug 7. Last time, I spoke to a SUPERVISOR who said I will be refunded and she would call me back (PROMISED SHE WOULD) within 24-48 hours and did not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The worst service I've ever had !
