I contacted AM PM Moving to move my furnishings from San Antonio to Spokane WA. believing they were a well established company because they said they were a member of the Better Business Bureau. I set it up a month in advance and they came the day they were supposed to move my belongings. They needed to pack a couple of additional items such as a mirror and some pictures, they charges $800 for packing materials and then charged me to pack a bed that they had said was part of my iniatial charges. The charges at this point had doubled from my iniatial quote. AM PM Moving said it would take 6 days to 21 days to arrive at my front porch in Spokane, WA. we are now past the 21 day mark and still no goods. They then informed me after numerous calls that 21 days is business days only that weekends are not included so technically they are not late. Anyway I have made alot of phone calls and no one would tell me where my furniture was... how is it that UPS can track where a mascara is and no on can track a truck load of furniture? Lots of excuses and rants and raves from the people who work there but if I can protect the next consumer please beware of this loser company. I am a retired Major in the Air Force and AM PM should be ashamed of themselves if this is the way they treat the people who protect our great country!
