I bank at the mandevville branch of Am South and while I was out of town I used my debit card. When I returned I checked to see if all my bills were taken care of so I could withdraw my money without any over draft fees. Well the girl at the bank was new and she told me it would be alright to take my money out that everything had cleared from my vacation. The next thing I knew was that they were calling me and saying I had two overdrafts and that they had to take my money!!!

This is not right because i had all ready been cleared to take the money. I went back to the bank and tried to straighten things out and the manager told me to leave and there was not any need to talk she was very rude and obnoxious to me about the whole thing. That is no way for a banking place to treat their customers and I will be withdrawing all my money out and going to a better establishment that knows how to treat their customers right. I will also not be recommending this bank to anyone in the future.
