OVERCHARGE LAST MINUTE
I booked a Grey H2 Hummer in May for my wedding which was in July. (2 months in advance) Several times I called to confirm and paid a £50 deposit and the rest £700 payable to the driver on the day. I sent the details for pick up and drop off with the post codes and confirmed the details several times. They then called me the day before the wedding, which was a friday and said "sorry, we need another £300 because we thought it was Bedford but it is Bradford" when we clearly sent them the information via e-mail and confirmed and reconfirmed. They called at such a time as well that it was impossible for me to look elsewhere. I told my wife to call them and speak to them. She called them and spoke to Jay who was rude, unapologetic. Whilst on the phone she was going to her grandma's house pleading with him and asking how they could do this the day before the wedding. Having arrived at her grandma's she found an ambulance, her great gran died. Whilst on the phone with the limo guy Jay she was talking to the abulance driver. She told him that this was happening and she did not need to worry about this. He said there's nothing I can do. pay up or get lost. RUDE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. My wife asked them if that is what they do. Called people the day before the wedding and threaten to not turn up unless we pay more. THE DRIVER WAS DRIVING AT ABOUT 100PH. HAD A COLLISION WRONG LIMO - SENT A CADDILAC ESCALDE. If they were genuinely apologetic I could maybe understand but they did that on purpose. They are Liars and Cheats, do not risk hiring with AM2PM LIMOS.

Scam artists
I booked a limo through AM2PM limo's because they have a very professional looking website advertising a 1st class service with top of the range limo's, so I gave them a call and booked the new arrival advertised on the website, white caddillac escalade which they quoted me £550 orginally but kindly did it for £525.
On the night we were picked up in a GREY Limo which they say was a caddillac escalade, even though they don't advertise a grey caddillac on the website only a brand new white one with doors that open up instead of out which was the reason we spent all that money.
They also advertise free bottle of bubbly, balloons and soft drinks like most limo companies do, it's only now they are telling me that if i wanted soft drinks i should have asked for them, but we got the bubble and balloons and i didn't ask for them and still got them, so not only did I have to apologise to everyone for a grey limo turning up I now had to run back in doors and bring our own mixers, not 1st class service...
I just think it's wrong that if the limo had been double booked they should have said and refunding me back my £50 deposit and I would have either gone somewhere else or picked another limo, not to on the night send a limo that wasn't that great some lights in the limo didn't work and charge me £525 for it.
