I am still awaiting a replacement teacher for my daughter's guitar lessons. They've already received complete payment for all 8 lessons; however, I only received 3 with Heather, the first teacher, who quit and was completely unprofessional, but I can understand because she said SHE WASN'T BEING PAID EITHER!...in good faith I paid in full for services which were not completed.

It's as if my daughter would have to start all over since it's been over 2 months since she received a lesson. I am very disappointed...I truly thought this was a professional organization...or may I say legit...it seems more like a scam..and being from New York, we pride ourselves on not being scammed; so kudos to them for being able to pull this off. I am going to follow up with better business and my credit card company to claim a total refund.
