Fraud
I found out that one of these agents contacted my wife & sold her a package explaining that
these vouchers will allow you to on boat rides, visit the aquarium & eat out on fully paid vouchers.
After my wife told me, I went to the site to see what vouchers are available, once I saw what a load of crap this is, i called Sharon in customer services to cancel.
She says my wife commited fraud by giving my bank details, what she doesnt know is that they commited fraud because they did not read the declaration out to the bank account holder, I recieved no membership card & requests to cancel, I was told after 9 months i Can cancel...we'll see...

Cancellation of 12 month contract
I signed on with amazing vouchers in March this year. The telephone salesman who dealt with me, explained that it was a 12 month contract but that if I did want to cancel, I would have to give three months notice.
After 3 months and not once having used the product, I decided to cancel. I got hold of a lady called Carol-Ann Hartzenberg. She was very pleasant and chatty on the phone was sorry that I wanted to cancel etc and gave me the whole 3 month notice spiel again. I confirmed that I wanted to cancel and could she please implement my notice period with immediate effect. ( this was 30th June 2010).
She agreed but asked me for safety's sake if I would confirm in writing that I wanted to cancel the contract. She gave me her email address and I sent an email on 30 June 2010 to her confirming that I wanted to cancel my contract with immediate effect, and asking her to respond and confirm notice in writing.
On 1 July I received an email back from Carol-Ann which contained a pdf letter which basically told me I had a 12 month contract not yet come to an end and suggesting I contact their client services to discuss alternative options.
I sent an email back on 2 July saying there was nothing further to discuss and I wanted the cancellation/ notice period implemented as agreed to on the phone and in writing the same day.
I had no further response, so yesterday 22nd July I resent my email from 2nd July.
This morning I received the same email from Carol-Ann that she had sent me on 1 July with no added comment at all.
I have of course today responded with a blistering email that they are reneging on what they agreed to do. I have given them until Monday to respond.
If they do not respond favourably, rest assured this matter will be taken to every consumer journalist in the country, to the public and media at large and to programmes such as carte blanche etc unless I receive confirmation that thye are going to honour their agreement for me to give 3 months notice as from 30 June 2010

cancellation of contact
i, jacqueline maleka would like to stop my contract with you since im no longer interested, ive tried contacting your company telephonically but with no vail i couldn't get any assistant to help me, i'm a contract worker and have just received a confirmation of the expiring of my contract at my employment so i wont be able to afford being a member.i have not used any of your vouchers as after i agreed to your contract i was informed of the termination of my employment and hope this wont be to much of a hustle to you!i'm looking forward to doing business with you, as soon as im employed again.

Cancellation of Membership
Amazing Vouchers sh0uld familiarize themselves with the legislation in SA, in particular the C0nsumer Protection Act. They fail to disclose that one enters into a 12 month fixed term contract, which is the way they TRY and keep you to a contract which you don't want to be in. There are remedies, people!!! That is the loophole - they did not do a full disclosure on the term of the contract.

I have never been so angry and violated in my life!!! Where do you guys come off stating that you actually provide a service, if what you actuaaly do is STEALING from the public!!!
I canceled my membership in October 2009. I followed the correct procedures by calling and putting my cancellation in writing. It is now April 2010 and the "wonderfully incompetent" people still debit my membership from my account. It took me hundreds of rands in phone calls to Cape Town (I am from Gauteng) to TRY and get someone to do something about this. It took me faxes and e-mails and still nothing happend untill I started screaming over the phone like a mad women and still somehow this is my fault.
Im stead of refunding all my money they come with some bullshit excuse to only refund a small amount of the total they stole from me, not taking into account the phone calls, faxes and e-mails I had to send to get some reation...they stole 6months of R195 from my account plus the money I had to spend trying to get someone there to actually do there jobs!!! And now they cannot tell me when I will receive my refund which in turn costs me some money again because I have to call after there asses!!
This is a disgrace and I am actually sick to my stomach about this...YOU steal from people!! How do you sleep at night?

Do not want 2 cancell
Good day.I am so sorry 4 doing this but i have called 2 or three times amazing vouchers 2 cancel this contract.My reasons being that my husband is not working at the moment and i told them that i won`t be able 2 afford it any more.I have revered friends also 2 be on this and it was not a problem 4 them when they cancelled their contract over the telephone, but now i am having trouble that they told me that i have to pay R500.00 and something to cancel my contract, but my friend`s` was no problem cancelling theirs.Thank you 4 taking time 2 look at my complaint.Iam going 2 go to the bank 2 put a stop order in so they won`t` touch my money again cause i still have 2 girls so i can put that money towards their schoolfees, or something else like food, but they don`t wanna understand...

Termination of 12month contract
I have a contract with Amazing vouchers and before they could begin deducting the monthly subscription i had called in to tell them that i want to cancel everything. One of the consultants told me to send an email telling him that he will draft a letter. i sent the email and he dod not state that i want to cancel my subscription with amazing vouchers. They did not deduct the money the first month, but then in the second month they deducted the monthly subsrciption amount. When i called in again to tell them that i want to cancel my subscription the consultant told me there was nothing she can do because i have a 12 month contract and she told me that the only thing she can do is reduce the monthly premium from R195 to R120. It's impossible that they can not cancel the contract.
Please assist.

Cancellation of Contract
I've been trying to cancel my subscription since 2008. But Amazing Vouchers refuses to cancel. As a consumer, I have a right to cancel or terminate a service or product. Amazing vouchers should read the Consumer Protection Bill... I will be contacting the Ombudsman regarding this matter. The company claims to not be a credit provider, but they seem to not be aware of the NCA. Any company who has 100 or more agreements of has agreements to the value of R500 000, has be registered with the National Credit Regulator. You can contact the NCR as well on (011) 554-2600 or 0860 627 627. The time has come for Amazing Vouchers to be consumer friendly, not a hassle to consumers.

need to cancel my contract
i want to cancel my contract with them, i don't even use the vouchers
they are offering but they keep on deducting money from my account.
it's a hassle to cancel it but when they called me it was no hassle.

I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT A COMPANY BECAUSE I CANNOT NAME AMAZING VOUCHERS AS A COMPANY, BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM!!!
I JOINED IN APRIL, BUT AFTER HEARING THAT I HAVE TO TAKE OFF MY VIRUS PROTECTION FROM MY COMPUTER, I SAID THAT I DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE SUBSCRIPTION. STILL YOU TAKE OFF R195.00 A MONTH FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I WENT TO THE BANK AND STOPPED THE WITHDRAWEL FOR THE 30TH OF EACH MONTH AND I SENT YOU A FAX STATING THAT YOU MUST STOP THE DEBIT ORDER. STILL YOU CONTINUE TO STEAL MY MONEY. YOU ARE FURTHERMORE SO ARROGANT THAT YOU START TAKING MY MONEY ON OTHER DATES THAN THE 30TH.
I DEMAND THAT YOU RECTIFY THIS ERROR, STOP THE DEBIT ORDER AND PAY ME BACK ALL THE MONEYS YOU OWE ME.
