Dear Customer Service,
I Ordered 2 super bowl 43 TWO TONE Coins That were originally priced at 69.99 Each. You had them on sale for 29.99 each. That stock # is THM-SB43FTTK . I received 2 coins stock # 12-SB43FGMK which are the gold plate coins. Was this a bait and switch. Did you ever intend to sell the advertised coins. Are you going to do the honest thing and ship me the two tone coins, that I ordered, and I will return the Lesser coins.

I sincerely apologize that you received the wrong product. I assure you it was not a bait and switch tactic.
Amazon requires UPC codes for most products that are posted on their site. Most retailers, including us, load hundreds of products onto the site at one time using a feed which includes the item's UPC code. Unfortunately, if someone else has uploaded a product using the wrong UPC code, then the product on the feed gets listed under that wrong UPC code.
We have found several errors in the past and have since stopped loading products in bulk because of this. We are now loading products one at a time even though it is extremely time consuming, however, it is more accurate. We still have issues with other retailers entering the wrong UPC codes however. If someone has done this, then other retailers can not sale the correct item with the correct UPC code until the wrong one is deleted by an Amazon representative.
We thought we had located all of the errors and corrected them. Unfortunately that was not the case as we have now found out. I checked the listing of the item you ordered. The UPC code associated with it is the wrong one. We do have the item you ordered, but the correct price is the same as the other retailers selling it ($69.95).
Please return the two coins you received in error and we will fully refund your purchase. A shipping label has been attached to this e-mail.
Once again, I sincerely apologize for the mix-up and the inconvenience.

This clearly was a bait and switch scam. Amazon's A-Z Guarantee is a Joke. Let the BUYER BEWARE! If You are buying anything from Amazon or their partners you will not get any help if you were scamed. I will not get the coins I ordered and I clearly proved to amazon that I purchased a sale item. Retail price 69.95 Sale price 29.95. I received the wrong coins and was cheated . All I wanted was the correct item as advertised.
