I, L. Jerome, Manging Partner of m/s Valankanni constructions, Ooty, purchased a Ritz model car on 23/09/2010 from Ambal Auto Ltd., Due to some scratches and dent on the body of the car, I sent the car to Ambal auto Service Centre, Sanganur, Coimbatore. The Service Station Peronnels, while sevicing the car failed to connect the Wose propertly which is connected to the Radiator. After taking the deliver from the service station. the engine of the care ceased within a weeks time on 08/05/2011 due to such carless and faulty service. After that again I handed over the car to the station for the rapair on 10/05/2001, since now ther is no development and repair yet to be done even one month time has gone by. While enquiring them, the answere is very much assaulting and insulting me and simply saying it will take some more months of time to get the car repaired. Thus, I request your goodself to consider me complaint and do the needful at the earliest .
