Amcom is a poor example of online shopping. I ordered a motherboard and CPU from them. After 1 1/2 months of listening to excuses for not shipping my order I canceled the order. To this day they have not refunded my money; one excuse was they changed the company that handles their finances, and would mail me a check. Since then they have contunued to lie about sending the check.
I have refered this matter to my bank as well as the Hayward City Attorney. Hopefully something can be done to rid the Internet of such unscrupulous vendors.
DO NOT BUY FROM AMCOM COMPUTER!
