I've been getting these calls at work saying there is a lawsuit against me regarding a payday loan. I have asked them a million times not to call my work because it is a business phone. I have received calls from a John or Eric with a thick accent. I ask them to speak to person with no accent if they are based in California, they get offended and actually used the "F" word against me. No such professional business office would do that. Here is the number Eric Phillips (American name with a very thick accent) gave me: 858-769-4201. I am tired of these calls and wish to be left alone.

These people keep calling my wife and threating to put her in jail or take her to court, saying she owes them money, cant provide any paper work on it or anything and telling her they wish her and her family best of luck with this, that sounds like a threat to me, wished it would stop.
