I have tried time and time again to get a refund from these people. They do not answer the phone. So I sent a email. They repeatedly asked me for my credit card number and then did nothing even a month later. They charged me a 10% fee for cancellation and would not let me return the product at the location. They said I needed to speak to corporate. Corporate said I needed to return the product to the field location. They make no sense.
