RECENTLY DID HALF OF MY HOMES WINDOWS AND 5 OF THEM DEFECTIVE. 4 HAVE MASSIVE GAPS ON SIDES (YUPPER DID THE SHIM THING TILL WINDOWS WERE BASICALLY EXTREMELY HARD TO OPEN) AND ONE NOW HAS TWO BROKEN WELDS ON TOP. WHEN I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TWO DAYS AGO I WAS CONNECTED TO A VERY VERY RUDE LADY WHO ONLY BERATED ME. MY MISTAKE WAS THAT I INSTALLED THEM 45 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED THEM. MY INSTALLER WAS REAL BUSY AND I HAD TO WAIT. ADDITIONALLY HOME DEPOT GAVE ME THE SALES REP NAME RICARDO FERRIERA AND TWICE I REACHED OUT AND TWICE HE DID NTO RETURN MY CALL. I GUESS IT MUST SUCK WORKING FOR A COMPANY AS A SALES REP WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS SUCKS. OH WELL LIVE AND LEARN. BEST TO TAKE ADVICE FROM PEOPLE HERE FOLKS. I DID NOT AND I REGRET IT.
